About the Role: Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Executive

You’re a consultative partner executive with a passion to build new revenue generating channels. You’ll roll up your sleeves and work with our network of sales enablement & training and consulting companies to create new content and delivery channels. You’re responsible for Salesforce AE & SE  training, partner onboarding, pipeline generation, and exceeding partner sales objectives. You’re curious. You’re technical and are passionate about creating new technology solutions. You’ll guide sales training and consulting companies to think bigger about the future of their businesses and the sales industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and joint business plans with sales training and consulting partner executives
  • Create a partner certification program
  • Exceed monthly partner recruitment and onboarding goals
  • Work with partners to conduct joint marketing to build awareness and pipeline
  • Train partners and Salesforce AEs & SEs on how to deploy and use LevelJump with their customers and prospects
  • Evangelize the LevelJump vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and partner specific initiatives
  • Proactive management and ownership of the end-to-end partner lifecycle

Desired Skills/Experience/Passions:

  • Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience
  • Proven track record in building revenue generating partner channels
  • Familiarity with the sales methodology and sales training ecosystem
  • Experience with Salesforce automation and CRM technologies. You can build applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Direct quota carrying experience is a benefit
  • Experience selling to early adopters
  • Experience working in a start-up
  • Passion to create a new market category with us
  • Post-secondary education
